Parent! Don't waste your time, define your philosophy!

Each institution is characterized by its own, unique approach to upbringing. At this point, the market can find places close to the philosophy of Montessori, Gordon, Jull or other famous personalities. The fact that a place prides itself on the name of someone who has written himself on the pages of pedagogical history does not mean, however, that he understands and knows how to apply his assumptions. So how to find the place closest to the values represented by a given Family, a given Parent?

Certainly at the beginning it is worth answering the following questions:

– what values am I looking for?
– what Kind of Guardians and Teachers do I want to find for my Child?
– what is the most important for me from the educational point of view (4-5 points)?
– what skills do I want to develop in the Child?
– am I ready to cooperate with the facility?

After finding the answers to the above questions, it is worth doing a research of all the facilities in the area and writing down which are most consistent with our guidelines and views. There is nothing worse than enrolling a child in an institution about which you know nothing, or know little!! This only generates unnecessary stress and often results in disappointment.

Getting acquainted with the facility that you choose for your toddler is a parental DUTY.

Once we have selected our favorites, we recommend honestly asking yourself:

DO I REALLY LIKE EVERYTHING?
WILL I NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE EDUCATIONAL APPROACH?
DO I AGREE TO RESPECT AND RESPECT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FACILITY?
DO I DECIDE TO COOPERATE WITH THE STAFF?

We never deceive parents about what cooperation with us looks like. Everything is presented "black and white", we like a specific approach and transparency. Our Parents know that when deciding to enroll their child in opportunities, but also teaching duty – through daily development activities and adherence to rules. They agree to permanent cooperation, in a secure atmosphere that fosters dialogue. We are FOR THEM, but we have our own rules and we expect them to be followed.

We are also demanding of ourselves – we care about quality every day, we are in constant contact with parents, we report on how our days go, we signal when something worries us, we provide support. All employees know and understand the values we represent. We pass them on to children every day.

BEING DEMANDING RAISES THE STANDARD OF LIVING!

In accordance with Korczak's motto "Tell your child that he is good and that he can do it", we create the best basis for our little ones to develop the most important skills in a safe atmosphere. Every day we motivate, watch and pay attention. We are for Them. It is adults who show what is good and what is bad. How to behave, when to thank and when to apologize.

WE SET BOUNDARIES AND TEACH THEM TO SET THEM!

Therefore, dear Parent! Determine if you are sure you are ready for a specific cooperation. We will not raise the child for you, but we will help you as best we can, because that is our task!
