We know how important your child's education is between the ages of 3 and 5. It is during this time that the foundations for school work are laid, social competences are developed most rapidly and the first conscious peer relationships are established. We attach great importance to the implementation of our proprietary programme, which develops the child comprehensively and supports his or her natural talents. With full responsibility and awareness, we do not use traditional textbooks during group work - we replace this model with natural education, through experience, thoughtful games, simulations and outdoor activities in the open air. We try to draw on Western European models, where children learn 'in the world', through normal life. We do not forget artistic development (rhythmics, visual arts), as well as psychological and speech therapy care. Thanks to our qualified staff and a programme designed with the development of the Youngest in mind, we are sure that our Graduates will be fully prepared to embark on their next educational adventure not only in international schools in Poland, but also abroad.
There are many views on the subject of uniforms. However, we like to know the reasons why certain elements are introduced into our lives. In order to better prepare children for school and familiarise them with the concept of "dress code" and to teach them to adapt their clothing to the occasion, groups from the age of 3 are obliged to wear a specific dress code. Its presence is due to the fact that uniforms:
- help build the organisation's identity and a sense of community among the whole community
- discourage the building of self-esteem on the basis of "what I have on me and not in me"
- enhance safety (especially during outings, excursions and outdoor activities)
- uniforms are culturally and socially neutral, elegant, practical and comfortable
We firmly believe that the Child is an extremely capable and competent being if given the space to do so. Therefore, from the very beginning, we teach the Children independence and a conscious approach to the tasks they undertake. For this reason, the Bears learn to organise themselves by means of a daily schedule, setting the table, preparing simple meals, cleaning up or helping their friends. The institution of a duty roster, which is appointed democratically by the whole group every morning, allows for a slow and gradual accustoming to school duty, but above all increases the sense of agency and decision-making. We also pay attention to correct behaviour in the group - the use of magic words or correct food culture is a normal part of life that we encourage.
A unique Olympic discipline based on concentration, large motor skills and precision. They practice the ability to follow a champion coach. They teach order and respect for the experience of the elderly. The premise of combat sports training is not only to focus on measurable results in sports competitions, but also to shape character.
These activities help to develop an understanding of cause and effect relationships, mathematical skills and logical thinking, as well as engineering and science. They are fantastic for creating a sense of achievement by having to perform given tasks independently or in cooperation with the group and the leader. In addition, they are always fun and entertaining - the definition of LEGO bricks.
Classes aimed at conscious and targeted actions, using methods and techniques aimed at functioning efficiently in society and using their resources. Thanks to the classes with the therapist, the children learn to regulate their emotions, to name the social world around them and to learn advanced norms for functioning in a group. The result of the classes is that the child has a highly developed emotional intelligence, while working with the whole body and insight into the other person.
