I used to think that raising a child should only be the responsibility of the parents. It turned out very quickly that this was utter nonsense! It takes a THING OF PEOPLE to raise a child. A well-functioning team that shares tasks. People who act "from the heart" (usually the immediate family) and more "from the head" (professionals). This is why I believe that education needs to be well organised and properly run. This is a GROUP TASK.
For the same reason, I decided to join the team of the Synergy Psychological Counselling Centre, a place that brings together a huge number of people from different specialisations who support parents in the process of parenting. You simply shouldn't do it alone.
